Our Cry Wolf Pool Tables are custom-made, with each table crafted to order. This allows you to personalise your table. It also enables us to focus on delivering the highest quality and attention to detail in every table we produce.

Delivery time
The estimated delivery time is 3-8 weeks. This depends on the installation team's schedule as we group deliveries by area.
If an earlier delivery slot becomes available we will let you know.

Installation
Our expert delivery team of two will professionally install your pool table in your desired location.

Stairs
To ensure a smooth delivery, please select 'Delivery & Installation+' at checkout if there will be stairs involved.

Narrow Access
For tight staircases or room openings, a flat pack may be necessary for installation. Please select this option at checkout if applicable.

The remaining balance is due 5 days before your installation date. If you wish to pay the remaining balance earlier, just let us know.

The remaining amount will be automatically charged to the card on file and we will inform you of the date.

Cry Wolf pool tables include a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering any potential manufacturing defects.

For commercial use, the warranty period is 30 days.

Please note that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the cloth or any damage resulting from misuse.

Ideally this table should be placed under a shelter & covered when not in use.
If there isn’t a shelter available you must cover your table with a water proof cover that drops all down the sides of the table with boards beneath to prevent water pooling in the centre.
