Delivery time
The estimated delivery time is 3-8 weeks. This is due to the bespoke nature of our custom-made pool tables and is also dependent on the installation team's schedule, as we organise deliveries by area.

If you would like your pool table before a certain date, we strongly advise you to place your order as soon as possible to secure your spot in the queue. 
We’ll contact you to schedule delivery, and if you’re not ready, we can easily postpone it until the timing works best for you.

Installation
We can install in almost any location, including those with more challenging access. The table will arrive in three separate parts: legs, slate and the base which is the largest part with dimensions of:
6ft: 191cm x 111cm x 30cm
7ft: 213cm x 121cm x 30cm

Stairs/ Lift
If your delivery involves stairs or a non service lift, please select 'Delivery & Installation+' at checkout. This is due to the extra work involved in manually handling all the pieces before assembly.

Access & Smooth Delivery
If your space has tight staircases, narrow doorways, or restricted access, a flat-pack installation may be required. Please select this option at checkout if applicable.
It is the customer's responsibility to check and confirm that the delivery route is accessible. If you're unsure, we're happy to help — just send us photos or, even better, a video of the route so we can advise on the best approach and ensure a smooth delivery.

This Pool Tables come with a free playing kit (worth over £100) which includes

To ensure your pool table fits seamlessly into your playing area, please consult our pool table size guide below. Our installation team will also advise you on the best placement for your table within the space.

This Pool Table comes with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering any potential manufacturing defects.

For commercial use, the warranty period is 30 days.

Please note that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the cloth or any damage resulting from misuse.

Luxury Outdoor Cover
Ideally this table should be placed under a shelter & covered when not in use.
If there isn’t a shelter available you must cover your table with a water proof cover that drops all down the sides of the table with boards beneath to prevent water pooling in the centre.
