Delivery time
The estimated delivery time is 3-8 weeks. This is due to the bespoke nature of our custom-made pool tables, with each one crafted to order to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail. Delivery timing also depends on our production queue and the installation team's schedule, as we group deliveries by area. If you need a Pool Table sooner, please contact us.

If you would like your pool table before a certain date, we strongly advise you to place your order as soon as possible to secure your spot in the queue.
We’ll contact you to schedule a delivery date, and if you’re not ready, we can easily postpone it until the timing works best for you.

Installation
We can install in almost any location, including those with more challenging access. The table will arrive in three separate parts: legs, slate and the base which is the largest part with dimensions of:
6ft: 191cm x 111cm x 30cm
7ft: 213cm x 121cm x 30cm

Stairs/ Lift
If your delivery involves stairs or a non-service lift, please select 'Stairs Install' option. This is due to the extra work involved in manually handling all the pieces before assembly. If we cannot wheel the table in on its side in one continuous movement without needing to lift or reposition it, the ‘Stairs Install’ option must be selected.

Access & Smooth Delivery
If your space has tight staircases, narrow doorways, or restricted access, a flat-pack installation may be required. Please select this option if applicable.
It is the customer's responsibility to check and confirm that the delivery route is accessible. If you're unsure, we're happy to help — just send us photos or, even better, a video of the route so we can advise on the best approach and ensure a smooth delivery.

Adjustable Legs

The legs feature integrated levelling feet with up to 1 inch (2.5 cm) of adjustment to accommodate uneven floors. If additional levelling is required beyond this, the table will need to be packed using suitable solid spacers that the customer would need to supply.

This Pool Table comes with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering any potential manufacturing defects.

For commercial use, the warranty period is 30 days.

Please note that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the cloth or any damage resulting from misuse.

If there isn’t a shelter available you must cover your table with a water proof cover that drops all down the sides of the table with boards beneath to prevent water pooling in the centre.

Absolutely over the moon with 7ft outdoor pool table. Honestly the best money I've ever spent. Looks superb and plays superb. Customer service has been brilliant throughout the whole process from buying to installation, then aftercare. I would like a to start by saying excellent service, I was looking to buy an outdoor pool table for my garden and wasn’t sure on a couple of options so a rang and spoke to a very helpful gentleman on the phone. He answered all my questions and I placed my order later that day online. As it’s a quieter time of year (due to the weather) my pool table came a lot quicker than the 3-8 weeks that was estimated in fact it was delivered and installed the following week after I ordered. Fantastic service and ready for the warmer weather.

We chose the specific colours to go well in our cinema room and when it came it didn’t disappoint. Rod explained how to maintain the table and did a great job of positioning it well and kindly adjusted the cue stick given the space was a little tight. Highly recommended to anyone who wants a pool table

Our pool table was delivered within the advised timescale. It is a really good quality pool table, very stable and the balls roll smoothly. The delivery men were very helpful, giving lots of advice about how to clean and look after the table, they even changed one of our cues to a smaller one to fit our needs better. We are having lots of quality family time outside playing pool together. Goood communication from when order placed through to delivery and after sales.
