You can place your order now to secure your spot in our production queue, and we’ll hold your table until you’re ready for delivery and installation. Simply leave a note with your order or email us.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time is 3-8 weeks. This is due to the bespoke nature of our custom-made pool tables, with each one crafted to order to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail. Delivery timing also depends on our production queue and the installation team's schedule, as we group deliveries by area. If you need a Pool Table sooner, please contact us.
If you would like your pool table before a certain date, we strongly advise you to place your order as soon as possible to secure your spot in the queue.
We’ll contact you to schedule a delivery date, and if you’re not ready, we can easily postpone it until the timing works best for you.
Installation
We can install in almost any location, including those with more challenging access. The table will arrive in three separate parts: legs, slate and the base which is the largest part with dimensions of:

Stairs/ Lift
If your delivery involves stairs or a non-service lift, please select 'Up or Down Stairs' option. This is due to the extra work involved in manually handling all the pieces before assembly. If we cannot wheel the table in on its side in one continuous movement without needing to lift or reposition it, the ‘Up or Down Stairs’ option must be selected.
Access & Smooth Delivery
It is the customer's responsibility to check and confirm that the delivery route is accessible. If you're unsure, we're happy to help — just send us photos or, even better, a video of the route so we can advise on the best approach and ensure a smooth delivery.
