Wonderful table easy to assemble

High Quality Fames Table

We are absolutely delighted with this games table. From start to finish, the customer service was excellent – communication was clear, friendly, and prompt, and nothing ever felt like too much bother. Any questions we had were answered quickly and professionally, which made the whole experience stress-free, this is always a worry with online purchases.

The quality of the table itself is fantastic – solid, well-made, and exactly as described. You can really tell care has gone into both the product and the service. The follow-up care was also a lovely touch and showed genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.

This was bought as a present for my husband and it has been a huge hit. It’s going to provide hours of fun and entertainment, and we couldn’t be happier with the purchase.

I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great quality games table and outstanding service.

Absolutely love it

I think I love it more than the kids. Was a bit warry ordering online but Danielle answered all my questions and helped put my mind at ease.

Young people love it

Easy to assemble, straightforward instructions. It took two of us approximately an hour to do. Great quality. It has been placed in our youth centre and is a massive hit with all of the young people.

Really pleased with the table easy to assemble just requires 2 people to flip it over half way through nice looking in our medium size terraced house the ball goes in with a real thunk!

Great table and excellent service

Stunning table and really excellent customer care. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience with Deluxe Games Room. Our new purple Cry Wolf pool table is top quality and looks incredible. The team went out of their way to rush delivery and installation ahead of schedule for my son's 21st, keeping us updated every step of the way. Brilliant service.

Fantastic from start to finish good communication throughout and the lads that delivered it were spot on with everything.
Recommend

Our pool table was delivered within the advised timescale. It is a really good quality pool table, very stable and the balls roll smoothly. The delivery men were very helpful, giving lots of advice about how to clean and look after the table, they even changed one of our cues to a smaller one to fit our needs better. We are having lots of quality family time outside playing pool together. Goood communication from when order placed through to delivery and after sales.

Fantastic product, exactly what was ordered, no complaints. Only tiny thing was because we ordered a bespoke colour the wait time was longer than we expected BUT we were told about it we just couldnt wait!! But all came through in the end as planned and the delivery / install team did a great job. Thanks!

Brilliant table, exactly what we wanted. The service and support was great throughout. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely over the moon with 7ft outdoor pool table. Honestly the best money I've ever spent. Looks superb and plays superb. Customer service has been brilliant throughout the whole process from buying to installation, then aftercare. I either phoned or emailed Daniel and my queries were answered promptly and professionally. If you love playing pool and have the space I would highly recommend buying a pool table from this company.
